EVALUATE
EDUCATE
PLAN
EXECUTE
REWARD

Listen:
At Harke Auctions & Appraisers,
we feel that if we are going to represent you, we need to understand your goals, needs and expectations. This step helps us get to know and understand each other. During the initial consultation our goal is to develop a working relationship that leads to a successful sale.

Evaluate:
In this second step we review your Benefit Auction or Property Auction. We look at your project and financial expectations. Our objective is to define the right approach and direction to meet your goals.

Educate:
We feel that it is important you know all your options. We take the time to explain and discuss, Benefit Auctions,  Estate Auctions, and Business Liquidations, depending on your need. Always keeping in mind the importance of "Reasonable Expectations". We believe that by minimizing the unknowns we eliminate obstacles that can create additional stress and worry.

Plan:
The fact
-finding in the first three steps will aid us in delivering a plan tailored to your specific needs and wants. We do not believe in a cookie cutter approach. A well-planned Benefit, Sale and/or Appraisal conducted in a professional manner will reap lasting rewards. No two client's situations are the same and they should not be treated as such. We will meet with your Benefit Auction Committee or Family,. presenting new ideas to help you reach your goal.

Execute:
Once we have reached an agreement, we go into action mode. We are personally involved with every detail from start to finish. We have a proven track record of exceeding our clients goals.

Reward:
The best part. Your, financial reward is the most obvious, but the fact that we have delivered that reward with little or no worry and stress for you, is the reward that we enjoy the most.
