We have heard from so many people following Life Skills "Tee it Up" 25^th annual Golf Tournament and Dinner Auction…Everyone feels this year was the best ever, and we are pleased to announce some results, breaking so many records…

183 golfers, 432 dinner guests, more than $xxx,xxx in sponsorships, an outstanding dinner, beautiful decorations… and an AUCTION that was just incredible! Live Auction results report $xx,xxx. Silent auction results report $xx,xxx. And the Bids to Change Lives this year certainly brought chills to the room, raising $73,000 for Life Skills programs. The combination of all of these wonderful things have helped us to surpass our budget this year raising nearly $xxx,xxx

We beat our event goal and topped the previous auction's net. This may be a school record!

Our crowd this year was about 60% of our 2005 attendance, making these results all the more extraordinary. Thank you so much for all you did to make the event a success. We'll definitely spread the word about you to anyone needing an auctioneer!

Sr. Rosario thought you did a wonderful job the other night. She loved the fact that you moved through the crowd and kept reminding everyone that the money was going directly to help the kids. She also liked your “hands-free” microphone and was happy with the flood of people flocking to the tables when you did your countdown to close the sections. She also got a lot of positive feedback from the teachers in attendance. She referred to the other night’s auction as the “best auction we’ve ever had”—which is truly a compliment of the highest level.

I had my own notes from the meeting and was expecting to get them out this weekend, but wasn't prepared for you to beat me to the punch. The enlightening thing about getting feedback from an objective 3rd party is that it opens our eyes again to how we talk about doing things but not necessarily execute.
