My name is Ron Harke, president of Harke Auctioneers & Appraisers LLC. About 12 years ago I was attending auctions, found them to be exciting and decided to become involved. Not realizing at the time, that watching an auctioneer seemly having fun either conducting an Estate Auction or Benefit / Charity Auction, is just the culmiation of weeks, months of planning and preparation and years of experience.   I attended the Missouri Auction School, then continued my education with classes offered by the National Auctioneers Education Division, earning several Designations

The last few years we have focused more of our time working with organizations and non profits, planning and conducting Benefit / Charity Auctions. My 30 years of sales and marketing planning and my love of preforming on stage and in arenas across the county is pulling me in that direction.  We devote the months needed to help organizations plan and conduct their auction.

Groups, Schools and Non Profits and yes liquidation of Estates are facing new challenges, models that have been used for years are changing. I am in constant contact with Charity Auctioneers, as well as with other Auction Companies across the county, discussing new ideas, new models, listening to what is working for them, then using  this information and my experience to help my clients, reach their goals.

Whether it is a Benefit / Charity Auction or Estate Auction, we put our experience to work, we do not stand by until the day of the Auction or Event and tell you what should have been done, we are there with you discussing all the variables, developing a new paradigm if necessary and agreeing on reasonable expatiation's for the outcome of either your Benefit / Charity Auction or Estate Auction.
